  • When do I find out what team I am?
    • There is no set time. Coaches are first allocated who will then contact their teams.

    • All coaches are volunteers. Parents often play a large part in fulfilling the number of coaches. Not all teams can be provided a coach that is not already associated with a team (a parent) as we have very limited numbers available.
  • What do I do if I don’t like my coach or team?
    • Please contact the club (bateaubaydolphins@hotmail.com). If you know that you do not want a particular coach or do not wish to play with certain people, please let the club know prior to grading dates. If this realisation comes after teams have been allocated, please be aware that for graded teams, this cannot always be changed due to skill levels. Contacting the club BEFORE the first game, where possible, is important.
  • What day will my training be (where and when)?
    • There are no set training days, venues or times. This will be up to your coach depending on their own schedules, availabilities and location. NB: Some training venues have associated costs – these are not included in your registration, these are additional costs to individual teams.

  • Where do we play on Saturday?
  • What time do I play on a Saturday and who will I be playing?

  • How much do I need to pay for the umpire?
  • What teams can my team borrow players from?
  • How do I find players to substitute for my team?

  • How does a team forfeit?

When advising of a forfeit please include: Team (eg. Dolphins 10), Age/Division (eg. 10C) and, if known, the club/team that you were supposed to be playing.
